Shipping charges: can vary from RM7 to RM15 (USD 5) depending on your location.
All our items will be sent out via courier service. Please allocate 1-7 working days for your parcel to arrive.
We do combine orders to allow you to save up on Shipping & Handling (S&H) fees. To avoid any misunderstandings, please approach one of our Live Helpdesk personnel or email us.
*We only send out items from Monday to Wednesday to reduce the risk of your items getting lost in the mail. We also do not send out items on local Public Holidays.
In the event that of any manufacturing defect/s on any of the shirt/s (we are human after all), we will only accept returns within 7 days of delivery. We will issue a store credit of the original purchase price of the returned shirt/s or we will provide a refund(we decide). We need the shirt/s returned to use in the original condition. We do not refund shipping and handling (S&H) fees. If we send you replacements, expect to pay for S&H fees. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, we will not entertain any claims.
We also provide Cash on Delivery in limited areas only. Please approach our Live Helpdesk personnel for more information.
